Alright, so as is probably known by now, a couple of weeks ago I went with some friends to the Jardin Japones here in BA where they were having the 'Jornadas de Anime y Manga', in cosplay, with mah pals , , Adrian and Hiro. Twas fun, despite the lack of cosplayers, because we somehow got the not-exactly-cosplay day, but there were a few people, and we got glomped and were loved and generally had a great time :]

I've still got a few pictures and videos to put up, because I'm too lazy to upload them to my computer, but my friends took most of the pictures anyway hehe. And my Gokudera wig is pro. Many thanks times thousands and infinity to for styling it for me on the day before XD

Yeah, it was practically closet cosplay, I guess? Haha, so last minute. And our Mukuro phailed, cuz he's like that, our Bel had originally been a Dino but changed her mind the night before (we actually had a bit of a wig crisis), and our Yamamoto cheats cus he's actually japanese so he can totally pull it off without much work.

But yeah, we had fun, filmed random videos, heard bad and good people singing karaoke, stalked this kid dressed up as TYL!Lambo, got glomped, messed around, had ice cream and filmed a Hare Hare Yukai video. Which we had to do like three times before we even got close to getting it right XDD

I'll try and remember to put up the pics/vids up later, but knowing me and my procrastination, this won't happen until quite a while from now.

Onto Thanksgiving! It was absolutely uneventful. Seriously. I did nothing, not even my homework, until Sunday night. But I managed to rest, and sleep, which is good, because sleep is god. Yes. Actually, Christine is my god, but let's not get into that.

Anyway. Where was I? Oh right. Thanksgiving. I really just sat all day, got no turkey cuz we don't really celebrate it, per se, I just get a longer weekend while my parents work (haha! sucks for them! but ilovem anyway :] ) and watched Reborn!. Which is amazing. Seriously. I had been on episode 90-something, and by Friday I had finished all the way up to the newest one, which is, I think, 161. I then proceeded to search for the manga and read the rest of the day.

Yes. Reborn! is simply that cool. It'll never top D.Gray-Man (it holds a special place in my heart lol), but it is, as of now, a very close second. I think it's the originality of the mangaka, or I don't know, because although the characters are pretty stereotypical, the story itself (Mafia!) and the weapons are not. And the guys are hot. Yeah. Major plus points there.

And it's got Gokudera. And Yamamoto. Which makes it 8059. And that really just completely brightens my day for some reason. Yeah. Mukuro ain't that bad either, neither is Chrome. She's probably one of the coolest girls I've ever seen in an anime/manga. And Tsuna's adorable, Ryohei is EXTREME, Hibari is freaky, MiniMosca and Spanner are amazing (why'd you have to die, mosca, whyy?), Byakuran is gonna die from sugar overdose (you know it, don't try and deny it), the Varia are cool in a kinda weird way (yes, even Lussuria...Levi can go die, thou) and the Arcobaleno should really just tell us their secrets already because I wanna see them fight and become adults. Oh, and Lambo will only be cool when he gets to 20. I apologize if I forgot anyone. I didn't mean to. It just means they're not important. In my world, at least.

Moving on. 8059 owns my life, I swear.

Yeah.

So, my finals start next week. The schedule this year got really mixed up for some reason, so right after Thanksgiving we get one full week, then half a week, and finals start next Thursday. I swear, teachers do this on purpose. Kinda how the pile everything up ON THE SAME DAY. So you've got a debate, two tests and a presentation, ON THE SAME DAY.

Yeah.

I wish we could skip finals and head straight into vacations. Or whatever vacations I'll have this year, considering they're gonna give us homework. Oh and an economics project. Yayyy (note sarcasm)

And my life sucks. WHERE ARE YOU SANTA CLAUS??!! CAN'T YOU HURRY IT UP AND MAKE IT CHRISTMAS ALREADY??!!!! I SWEAR I'VE BEEN GOOD THIS YEAAARRR!!!
